Delivery Methods
We provide a number of delivery methods including our personal GJS Courier service, FastWay Couriers, TNT Express and Australia Post. We also offer you the freedom to collect your order from our factory or send your own courier.
Restrictions apply to certain products on certain carriers though we will contact you regarding this if there is a problem.
At time of checkout, your order contents are inspected and present you with a freight estimate using the order weight, number of packages and delivery zip code.
Dispatch of Order
GJS Machinery despatches orders up to 3 times each business day.
Note all below times assume payment authorisation is obtained at time of order and that all items are in stock. We recommend that you pay by credit card if you require a quick dispatch. Paying by alternate methods may add an additional 2 days while we wait for payment authorisation from the Commonwealth Bank.
If you live in the Sydney Metropolitan region, GJS will send your order by our own delivery service. Our delivery driver leaves at 8:00am and at 1:00pm Monday - Thursday and only 7:00am on Friday.
Delivery Times
For interstate parcels, GJS has one designated courier pickup time during a business day; 4:30pm.
Orders sent to Melbourne, Brisbane Metropolitan and NSW Regional areas are usually delivered on the next business day after dispatch. Adelaide Metro adds an additional day.
Receiving Order
As your package must be signed for, we do not deliver to post office boxes and we strongly recommend using a work address or an address where you know someone will be home and available to sign for the package. If you’re not home, a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to make contact with the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Insurance
Selected delivery methods includes complimentary insurance while others offer optional insurance. Please specify whether you require insurance when placing your order and we will contact you with suitable options.
