The Digital Knight Twin Shuttle Upgrade is a dual station Add-On for the DK20S swing away heat press.

Everyone knows that long term costs are not in the press equipment but in labour costs. Adding a twin shuttle removes wasted operator time, waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the operator to load and unload. Production is maximized with no additional labour cost.

The shuttle table creates less fatigue than swinging the head as well. Unlike easily tearable Teflon `hammocks`, this shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminium, holding any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable products without concern. Laying out fabric, shirts and garments is a breeze, with the two 16” x 20” (406 x 508mm) silicone pads positioned just like the standard table configuration on the press.

The Digital Knight DK20S is a 16” x 20” (406 x 508mm) swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20S combines a heavy-duty solid steel industrial grade pressing framework with accurate and easy to use electronics to provide the operator with the best possible features and equipment needed for today`s various heat transfer applications.

It is well known in the industry as the top-end robust workhorse of all swing away heat presses.

The DK20SP is an air-operated automatic table top swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20SP provides a production oriented heat press with the benefits of push button operation, fully digital temperature & time control, and solid casting design with an affordable automatic heat press price. It is available in a 16 ” x 20” (406 x 508mm) heater block size.

The DK20SP utilises the same Digital Knight control system as the as the DK20S series, and operates with a smooth swing-away fashion instead of shuttling. For demanding press runs and super consistent results, the DK20SP is an ideal press for meeting requirements that go beyond what a manual transfer press and operator can handle. The DK20SP is the industrial grade midrange solution between heavy duty manual heat presses such as the DK20 and DK20S and the GJS high production air automatic machines.

The Digital Knight DK25SP is an air-operated, automatic 20” x 25” (508 x 635mm) oversized swing-away heat press with a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid steel welded framework. The smooth automatic pressing and push-button activation provides a productive, fatigue-free operation.

The extended 20” x 25” size of the heat platen is perfect for sublimation and large format materials pressing. The heat platen uses SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology, a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery & fast heat up times. The controller utilises an easy to read oversized-digit LCD display to show time and temperature simultaneously, and the temperature readout is accurate within +/-2°. The operator can use the 70 programmable presets for saving common application settings, and the press features a high accuracy pressure regulator and pressure gauge for specific psi settings. The press is adjustable to accommodate materials from fabric thickness all the way up to 25mm thick substrates!
