The subli-trans DUO™ 1410 Hybrid System is exclusive to GJS Machinery and offers the ultimate in flexibility and production in digital printing. Featuring Sawgrass’ patented subli-trans™ dye sublimation and the versatile MultiINK the hybrid system allows for production of sublimation transfers and screen printing film positives. It is configured with 4 colours of dye sublimation (CMYK) and the remaining 2 channels filled with MultiINK Black. The black colour of MultINK has UV inhibitors in it that makes it the idea ink for printing screen printing film positives. The possibilities from one machine are truly endless! The advanced yet simple to use RIP software has preset profiles for sublimation and screen printing film which removes the guess work. It has also been calibrated to print the appropriate amount of ink on to the paper to maximise your ink usage and minimise your costs.

Print Directly from Your Favourite Artwork Program
MultiRIP will work with any graphic artwork program (i.e. CorelDraw Photoshop Illustrator etc) that you can print from. MultiRIP will install an independent driver that allows your settings in your graphic artwork program (i.e. the size shape and angle of your halftones) to print directly through the RIP software.

Halftone Screening
MultiRIP allows the use of halftone screening when using MultiINK thus turning your inkjet printer into a low-cost imagesetter. You can specify the screen frequency/angle at print time or you can select from one of our pre-defined screen ruling sets.
