Designed for the high–end professional graphics and photo markets where quality, speed and economy are essential, the subli-trans™ PRO 9880 Dye Sublimation Printer, with a raft of new and advanced printing technologies, generates outstanding prints at sizes up to 44” (1,118mm) wide.

The 8-colour ink configuration includes three black inks and with three paper paths, it supports a wide range of roll and cut media, up to 1.5mm thick, for superb edge-to-edge photo quality prints. The 9880 features permanent Micro Piezo™ print head, Variable-sized Droplet Technology™ and Epson´s 3.5pl Ultra Micro Dot™ for superior detail. Superb reproduction is offered with perfectly neutral grey scale prints, very wide colour gamut and smooth tonal graduations.

With Eight-Channel MicroPiezo® AMC™ Print Head you have a design capable of handling eight separate ink channels with a one-inch wide high-performance print head with 180 nozzles per channel. Simultaneously used Black, Light Black, and Light Light Black inks significantly improves the printer´s gray balance while eliminating colour casts.

Purchasing a printer 24” or larger from GJS Machinery also means you are authorised to purchase ink at wide format prices which is over 70% cheaper than standard desktop format sublimation ink.
