The AIT 1112 is a semi-automatic Heat Press with a unique electromagnetically assisted closing and pressure system to help relieve operator fatigue. The operator pulls the handle to within about 15cm of the bottom platen where the electromagnet engages the top platen and pulls it closed. Once the timer reaches 0.0, the electromagnet releases and the top platen automatically opens.
A heated platen size of 20” x 44” (508 x 1118mm) makes this an ideal machine for sublimation printing of small format flags and banners. Features include a floating head design for even contact between the heated platen and the substrate, and optional double heating is available. No compressed air is required, and the 1112 can be wired for single or three-phase connection.
The AIT 1112 is CE certified to meet or exceed worldwide safety and efficiency standards.
